Italgreen is proud to support Andrea Devicenzi, a Paralympic athlete and promoter of initiatives with high social value, in his project "Alla scoperta dei 4 elementi" a major bicycle tour that crosses Italy combining sport, territory and sustainability.
The project takes inspiration from the four natural elements : air, earth, fire and water, and is developed as a symbolic and concrete journey along the peninsula, with the aim of transmitting fundamental values such as inclusion, resilience, respect for the environment and culture of movement. It is an initiative that goes beyond the sporting dimension, transforming into a real path of awareness and involvement of local communities.
On May 27, Andrea Devicenzi completed the leg from Desenzano del Garda to Bergamo, crossing the territory and creating opportunities for meeting and dialogue with the public, culminating in a moment open to citizenship.
Today, May 28, the tour started again from the Italgreen headquarters in Villa d'Adda, confirming the direct link between the company and the project. The departure was a significant moment of sharing that saw the participation of local institutions and the territory.
Present were the Mayor of Villa d'Adda Gianfranco Biffi, Provincial Councilor Massimo Cocchi and Italgreen CEO Daniele Gilardi, along with other cyclists who are accompanying Andrea Devicenzi along this stage of the route.
A moment that concretely represents the spirit of the initiative: uniting people, institutions and businesses around common values, generating connections and promoting a positive culture of sports and sustainability.
