2005

1st Organic infill

Geofill®, the natural infill patented by Italgreen S.p.A., is the best system for synthetic turf fields, composed of environmentally friendly plant fibers and approved by major international soccer federations. Thanks to its organoleptic properties, it offers natural playability, maximum safety and comfort in all conditions.

Used in most of the pitches made by Italgreen in Italy and around the world, Geofill® guarantees:

2010

Hybrid Grass

PowerGrass® is an innovative hybrid turf system that combines natural and artificial grass, designed to create sustainable, high-quality sports fields while respecting the Green Economy.

This patent allows for durable, long-lasting and easy-to-install mixed fields while reducing maintenance and operating costs.

It is ideal for soccer fields, rugby, American football, field hockey and multifunctional sports areas, ensuring excellent performance even with heavy use or in harsh weather conditions.

The synthetic backing also promotes the protection and growth of natural roots, allowing rapid regeneration of the turf after each use.

2010

Recyclable Coating

Ecogreen is the innovative 100% recyclable coating system.
It is a double polypropylene system, laminated with polyester geotextile, which is essential to ensure the stability and fastening of grass filament seams.

Unlike traditional coverings, Ecogreen is fully recyclable.
Products made with Ecogreen technology are also distinguished by their low weight, which brings significant advantages in terms of logistics, size and installation.

LCA analyzes the life cycle of a product , dividing it into five stages: extraction, transportation, production, installation and end of life. At the end of the study, a third-party body issues the EPD certificate summarizing the environmental impacts of the product. There are many parameters taken into consideration: these include global warming, water consumption and renewable energy use. The EPD is the most recognized product environmental certificate in national and international sustainability protocols.
