As for what concerns the maintenance of the field, Italgreen's technical sales staff does not end its work at the delivery of the field, but continues to assist the customer also with regard to the sanitization of the surfaces as required by the current LND regulations. In fact, for the protection of the health of the users of the fields, the LND Regulations stipulate that artificial turf playing fields must undergo periodic sanitization treatments, indicating in 2 months the time limit between one intervention and the next.
Therefore, Italgreen's staff wants to offer an optimal service that firstly protects the health of the users of sports fields, especially girls and teenagers, and secondly makes sports facilities healthy, safe and contaminant-free gathering places.
Italgreen therefore proposes two distinct solutions for proceeding with sanitization, the first is the supply of the product for use independently by the customer, providing all the useful indications for proper sanitization; while the second solution is the supply and installation of the product in correspondence with a maintenance intervention in order to be able to act first with a cleaning from coarse contaminants with harrowing and brushing and later with sanitization with sanitizing product.
Regarding the regulatory aspect, it is recalled that in Art. 30 of the Liquidity Decree 08.04.2020, the tax credit already established in Art. 64 of the Decree Law of 17.03.2020 (which referred only to sanitization expenses) is extended, and in particular:
Tax credit forthe purchase of protective devices in work places (Art. 30) The tax credit for sanitization of workplaces also applies to expenses incurred in 2020 for the purchase of personal protective equipment (so-called PPE) and other safety devices designed to protect workers and ensure interpersonal safety distance. Specifically, this credit is payable to the extent of 50 percent of expenses, up to a maximum of 20,000 euros.
