AFTER SALES SERVICES
Italgreen Care Maintenance Program
Italgreen's technical sales staff do not end their work at the delivery of the field, but continue to assist the customer. In fact, the Italgreen Care maintenance program assures the customer of a four-year program of extraordinary maintenance as required by the current LND regulations. In addition to including as a free gift a Customer Kit for use and routine maintenance, it also allows the extension of the warranty on the newly built field. If, on the other hand, the facility has already been in operation for some time, Italgreen offers different solutions of Extraordinary Maintenance interventions in order to bring the field back to its initial performance; a single intervention or a multi-year program of interventions can be envisaged.
Upon activation of the Italgreen Care program or Extraordinary Maintenance intervention, Italgreen instructs the technicians and/or managers of the sports club with training necessary to properly carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of the field.
In this way, with the training of the sports club's technicians and with the activation of the program or maintenance intervention, the technical and performance characteristics of the facility built are preserved to the fullest, so that the customer is guaranteed to keep the facility in perfect shape for an excellent return on investment; in addition, proper maintenance minimizes the risk of injury by athletes.
Secondly, proper maintenance will meet the binding requirements to obtaining homologation in the field, where required, possibly even with the replacement of material that no longer complies with homologation (protections on the turnbuckle tubes, protections on the obstacles on the field, etc.).
The operations that will be carried out for extraordinary maintenance are listed below:
- Checking for flatness. (presence of existing depressions and bumps).
- Checking for cleavage of sheeting and signage, including penalty discs and bezels.

- Eventual disking of the existing clog in the mat by deep harrowing.
- Eventual laying of the infill material.
- Repeated brushing to equalize the previously placed performance infill.

For the bureaucratic aspects, support is provided both in filling out forms and in providing missing documentation.
