CONI, RUGBY AND ITALGREEN
Inauguration of the Cala Millor field
Italgreen, on behalf of the Rome CONI, has built a synthetic turf rugby field in the Acqua Acetosa CPO, joining the two others already present in the Olympic Preparation Center.
Our field will help the national rugby boys to have an important alternative to better prepare for the most important competitions.
The field is a Lesmo3S clogged with Geofill N.
As for the turf, it is one of the best around thanks to its technologies: it is composed of a triple yarn that takes three different shapes and three different colors in order to recreate the life of grass: from thin and light to thick and dark, so as to reproduce as faithfully as possible a natural lawn.
In addition, the Lesmo3S system ensures that the player fully absorbs the shock and then makes the necessary return of the energy stored.
The infill is a composite of cork and coconut fibers.
Don't be fooled by the simplicity of this product, because in addition to offering incredible naturalness, it has also been approved by the world's leading soccer federations ( including FIFA).
Geofill behaves as if it were a natural ground because it does not pollute, does not release unpleasant odors, more draining than a natural system, reduces the risk of injury, and also withstands both very high and colder temperatures without overheating or freezing.
In short, if CONI wanted to have a Top Quality field, they were satisfied.
