Italgreen grass for the Olympic dream of the speakers
Sport, fun and healthy competitiveness
Participating is as important as dreaming. The Olympics is the dream of those who work daily to get there, but also of those who are at their side as coaches, managers or spectators; it is the best example of how sport is an extraordinary catalyst
this was the message of Massimo Achini, President CSI Milan on the occasion of the Oralimpics staged last weekend that Italgreen fully espouses and wanted to make its own by taking the field as a sponsor of this event.
What a success for the 2018 edition
It definitely confirmed the expectations this second edition of the Oralimpics that saw Italgreen as the main sponsor of the initiative in the realization of the synthetic turf fields on which the activities of the three-day event staged at Arexpo in Milan took place. Here are some numbers:
- 3,000 kids,
- 148 speakers,
- 1.6 km of sports facilities,
- more than 300 volunteers,
- more than 5,000 attendees at the inauguration and a turnout of as many as 15,000 people over the three days are the numbers that decree the success of the event that took place from June 29 to July 1.
Italgreen chose to be there as an active supporter for the positive synthesis of sports, games and fun and to renew its support for initiatives with a strong social-educational connotation. Enthusiastic participation, youth from the oratories, volunteers and spectators once again gave life to this great event promoted by CSI Milan and Fondazione Oratori Milanesi (FOM), in collaboration with CONI Lombardia, Lombardy Region, Municipality of Milan. Young athletes competed in 14 sports disciplines to try to fulfill their little "Olympic dream." On the podium, with the most victories, was the pastoral community of the Laveno Mombello - Sant'Arialdo - Paolo VI - San Domenico Savio oratories.
