Synthetic turf solution

The Serie D team chose to engage the Bergamo-based company for the resurfacing of the 5- and 7-a-side fields with a Double 4 turf, 42mm high for the former and 45mm high for the latter, with GC performance infill based on colored and encapsulated rubber. To date, the work done involves retaining walls, fencing, lighting and irrigation, and at the end of August work will begin on the two soccer fields with completion scheduled for the end of September.

A lasting technical partnership

It was a few years ago that Chieri Calcio had chosen to outsource the resurfacing of its new sports facility with synthetic turf, mindful of the excellent results achieved in Pavia in the installation of synthetic turf.

The one created was a true temple of sports, in which Italgreen had the opportunity from the very beginning to install the synthetic turf of the 11-a-side soccer field.

The Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Calcio Chieri is an Italian soccer club based in the province of Turin,founded in 1955. Since its inception it has changed its name several times until 2009, when in addition to gaining its current designation, it joined the Serie D round.
