The synthetic turf of the arena conquered the final of the Volleyball World League

It will be the Arena da Baixada that will host the Volleyball World League Final in July: not a sports hall then, but a real stadium with a capacity of about 50,000. The Atlético Paranaense Stadium, one of the most futuristic Stadiums in the world.

Thanks in part to the versatility of 'synthetic turf last May it hosted the UFC event, the world's most authoritative wrestling championship, and on September 3, 2016, it hosted the Rio 2016 Gold Commemorative match of the Brazilian men's volleyball Selecao that faced the Portuguese national team
